Since forming Mind My Business, Monica has worked with a variety of small organizations in diverse industries, including biotechnology and computer software. Consistent among her various engagements with clients is her professionalism and her ability to apply a sense of proactive collaboration and team spirit to any environment. She has assisted startups in the following areas: administrative support, project management, investor relations, website content management, event and travel planning, and PR.
Monica has also been a financial and marketing services professional with top-rate client service and project management skills which were developed within both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. She is experienced in event planning; marketing and public relations; logistics, and problem-resolution, as well as a community leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for doing quality work.
In her past role as Program Coordinator with The Graduate Institute, she facilitated learning within the Integrative Health and Healing master’s program, acting as liaison between her group of master’s candidates and school administration and teaching staff.
Monica has served her community in a variety of roles, holding positions on various boards as well as volunteering her time with local clubs and organizations. She recently founded and sits on the board of a 501-c-3 dedicated to developing the game of tennis among impoverished youth internationally. Monica is a published writer and is interested in travel, physical fitness, tennis, spirituality, happiness and living life to its fullest potential. She holds a B.S. from Syracuse University, a M.B.A. from DePaul University, and a M.A. in Integrative Health and Healing from The Graduate Institute.
Not to be overlooked are Monica’s two decades of experience as a domestic manager and community volunteer during which time she honed her skills in the areas of organization, communication, collaboration, and time-management. In addition, her education and past and current work experience have allowed her to gain insight and knowledge easily transferable to any environment.
